Policies

We have in-depth policy and procedures which are available to be viewed by parents. These incorporate our sickness policy, where we strive to maintain an infection-free nursery. We ask parents not to bring in children who are showing signs of ill-health. This may be anything from a severe cold or stomach upset. Any childhood ailments such as measles, mumps, chickenpox should be reported to the nursery and the child should remain at home during the infectious period, following our guidance.

If a child falls ill whilst in our care we will contact parents or the nominated emergency carer to make appropriate arrangements for collection.
