Annual Events

Our children come from a wide range of cultures and faiths, from the onset they are taught to show respect for each other’s beliefs. Showing kindness and caring for each other is something that we feel our children excel in.

We believe in the child’s holistic learning journey, by  encompassing the child’s culture, background and family. This approach enhances the children’s experience and understanding of the world around us and help to promote British Values.

We hold many charity events involving everyone within Clowns, festive parties, international days and summer events.

Parents/Carers are invited to join us in class for various festivals including International Day where all parents and children are encouraged to wear national dress. Some classes have also held Diwali days where a parent brought saris and Indian dress for the staff and children. All these activities encourage an environment for both children and parents where everyone feels valued and connected and this strengthens the earlier mentioned importance of promoting British values and clearly demonstrates our incorporation of this in our working practice.
