We are excited to inform you that this year at Clowns, we will be holding our first ever potato growing competition!
All classes in the nursery will participate in the competition and there will be prizes in the following categories:
- biggest potato
- most potatoes
- fewest potatoes
- most unique potato
- “surprise” category.
The classes have been given soil, seed potatoes and grow bags. The children will take ownership of growing their own potatoes and at the end of the summer they will dig them up, cook and eat them.
